Road Improvements Continue at Calusa Nature Center; Visitors Thanked for Their Patience

Dear Friends of Calusa Nature Center & Planetarium,
On behalf of our entire team, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of our patrons, summer campers, school groups, field trip participants, planetarium visitors, nature enthusiasts, members, and supporters for your patience and understanding as we continue making improvements throughout our campus.
Over the past several months, you may have noticed ongoing roadwork and infrastructure upgrades designed to improve accessibility, safety, and the overall visitor experience. While these projects have occasionally created inconveniences, your continued support and enthusiasm have meant the world to us.
We are excited about the progress being made and are committed to creating a renewed and revitalized Calusa Nature Center & Planetarium that will better serve our community for years to come. We still have some work ahead of us, but we are hopeful that the most disruptive phases are nearing completion.
Thank you for continuing to visit, learn, explore, and connect with nature alongside us. Whether you're attending camp, visiting the planetarium, joining a school field trip, hiking our trails, or simply enjoying the beauty of the natural world, you are an important part of our mission.
