Thursday, March 13th The Planetarium at the Calusa Nature Center will be having a Family Night in the Planetarium at 7 pm.
During the early morning hours of March 14th starting at 12:50 am and going until 4 am we will have a Lunar Eclipse called a Blood Moon because our Moon will be turning red over the course of the night.
Because this event occurs so late, we will be showing the eclipse to our audience during our Family Night in the Planetarium at 7 pm, we will do a show about Eclipses, and (weather permitting) we will do some star gazing outside of the Planetarium using our new Orion Sky Quest Telescope!
