Nature Explorers!

Every Saturday, 9:00-11:00am
$10 per person, ages 5-11
Join us for a drop-off environmental education program series that focuses on specific lessons to inspire students to connect with nature through interactive guided hikes, planetarium shows, environmental arts and crafts, and interactive roleplaying games and activities.

Late Night Double Feature Movie Night

September 25th @ 7pm

This moth it's time for techno-horror and classic kaiju films!
Concessions will be available and seating begins 15 minutes before show time!

Full Moon Night Hike

Sunday, September 19th
8:00pm-10:00pm, $15 per person
Come out to CNCP for our monthly night hike! Learn about the night sky, look for bats, and maybe call in an owl as we explore our trails after sunset!

School's Out Camps

Lee County Schools are back in session, and our School's Out Camps are starting up!

September 16th: All About the Atmosphere!

Troposphere? Ozone layer? Auroras? 

What in the world is all that air all around us? Come to camp and find out, with planetarium shows, experiments, and more!

October 15th: Water Today and for the Future

It's Earth Science Week, and people all around the country are learning about water! Where does it come from? Where does it go? What can we do to protect it? Come to camp today and find out!

Wellness Program

Come out to CNCP for yoga classes, meditation, drum circles, and more!

On Sundays, join the Conscious Movement Yoga Fusion class at 10am, on Tuesday join Yoga Mama for a calm 6pm class, every other Wednesday come hone your meditation practice at 6pm, on Thursdays bring your family for a 10am yoga class in nature!

ABOUT CNCP

Calusa Nature Center & Planetarium is a private, not-for-profit organization dedicated to environmental education and preservation. Our 105-acre site is home to many rescue animals, two nature trails, a planetarium theater, bird aviary, butterfly garden, and meeting areas.
