Our approach to wellness is Movement 4 Life. It embraces 4 key components: breathing, alignment of the body, strength training and increased flexibility. Every person taking lessons and learning technique will benefit from these components because they are foundational to your balance, your endurance, the flow of blood and energy through your body as well as the precision and grace of your everyday movements.

Keith and Lisa Banks have previously owned Studio 10 Dance in San Jose, California for 25 years. Locally, they’ve co-created and directed iCoArts, a nonprofit Arts initiative in Immokalee Florida for 3 years. They share positivity, warmth and welcoming personalities, a great sense of humor and dedicated training and insight needed to help become more energized and flexible.
