About the event
The fun, groove to concerts will be held at CNCP one Tuesday under a starry lit canvas in the planetarium during the summers and inclement weather and under the starry skies on the beautiful nature center’s grounds during the cooler times of the year. Common Ground is a local all-American band comprised of Southwest Florida musicians including founding members Diane and Chuck Coffman. Diane Coffman is an accomplished cellist who has performed with the San Francisco Symphony, Oakland Symphony and Napa Symphony. Here in Southwest Florida, she has performed with Gulf Shore Opera, Camerata of Naples and is the principal cellist with the Naples Community Orchestra. Aside from musical ensembles and organizations, Diane also performs regularly in theatrical productions including at Theater Zone and the Sugden Theater in Naples. Diane’s other interests include collaborating and performing with her husband Chuck and their band Common Ground. Chuck Coffman is a popular and versatile vocalist and guitarist. He has been composing and performing with various musicians, and groups and bands for over 40 years in Southwest Florida, California and Arizona.
