Preschool Program: Superhero Animals
Discover what makes each animal special in its very own way! We will learn how snakes eat such big meals, why birds can fly, how frogs can leap, and many other amazing feats. Learn about some amazing animal adaptations and what makes them SUPER with up close-hands on interaction! Children must be between the ages of 3 and 5. Included with regular admission. Preschool Program: Learning Life Cycles
How does a tadpole turn into a frog? How does a caterpillar turn into a butterfly? Come learn these answers and more about the different stages in butterflies and frogs lives. You will get to touch our American Bullfrog, Cane Toad, and more while learning the importance of each life cycle stage for these animals! You also get to make and take home your very own butterfly! Preschool Program: The Three R’s
Come learn why it is important to reduce, reuse and recycle to help save our planet this month to help celebrate earth day. We will talk about saving our planet, and ways you can help. While learning ways to help save water and energy, you will get to meet some animals who appreciate your efforts too! You also get to make a craft incorporating the three r’s. Preschool Program: Herp Herp Hooray
Come discover the world of snakes, alligators, frogs and more as we learn about reptiles and amphibians. We will read an educational story, create a fun reptile craft, and spend time interacting with some reptiles and amphibians found at our Nature Center including alligators, snakes, lizards, turtles and more!
